The start - When I arranged to deliver a leadership development workshop in Lebanon for Leading Minds I knew and trusted what I can do but I had no experienced of what they can do, it was a leap into the unknown, new country, new client and new people, all the ingredients that make a trainer's job exciting. I found the program to be a professionally conducted workshop. The trainer is not only very knowledgeable and experienced in the topic of MBTI as an assessment tool, he is also an experienced coach, psychologist and psychometric expert with an understanding of the region and its cultural sensitivities.

Being the end user of several assessment tests, I believe I can recommend the understanding of team types as it specifically helps teams identify the particular talent each individual brings to their role and the potential sources of misunderstanding. The application of MBTI type indicator is also interesting and useful in personal development.
