Registration

All nominations to our public programs are to be processed by the client's HR or Training department. The Registration confirmation is subject to Leading Minds' review of registration request and seat availability.

Cancellation

Public Workshops
For cancellation received in writing more than ten (10) business days prior to the event you will receive a 100% refund.
For cancellation received ten (10) business days or less prior to an event, no credit will be issued. In the event that Leading Minds cancels an event, delegate's payment at the date of cancellation will be refunded.
You may substitute delegates at any time.

In house Workshops
In the event of a cancellation received by the client ten (10) business days or less prior to an event, no credit will be issued this is because the trainer may have turned down business to honor his assignment with client.

Postponement or Cancellation by Leading Minds
In the event that Leading Minds postpones an event, delegate's payment at the postponement date will be credited towards the rescheduled date. If the delegate is unable to attend to rescheduled event, the delegate will receive a 100% refund.
Leading Minds shall assume no liability whatsoever in the event the workshop is cancelled, rescheduled or postponed due to a fortuitous event, Act of God and unforeseen occurrence.
In all cases cancellation must be done in writing.
