October 15, 2008 – Release of New Product Development In collaboration with Richard Yallop, Leading Minds is pleased to introduce to its customers an innovative workshop on New Product Development (NPD). This course will examine all aspects of the NPD process, its importance, factors influencing stages involved in successful NPD, as well as looking at its effective application and how to avoid failure or under performance. It will cover the NPD process in detail, encourage creative thinking and ensure that all delegates, when they leave the course, have skills which they can apply immediately to their own business arenas.

Hywell Thomas is accredited to deliver Writing Dynamics™, Think On Your Feet®, Dr Edward de Bono's Six Thinking Hats® and Simplicity. Hywel is also a Buzan coach and is accredited in MBTI®, TMP™, DISC™. Richard Yallop is the Director of The Cranfield Marketing Planning Centre and a Visiting Fellow and Lecturer in the Cranfield School of Management's Marketing and Logistics Group. Work in these fields together with customer service and satisfaction and benchmarking studies represent Richard's major consulting activities within Cranfield and has taken him to over sixty countries world-wide with a broad range of assignments and clients.

March 3, 2008 – Introducing new programs Leading Minds is glad to announce the release of 2 new programs starting March 2008, "HR Labor Law and Social Security Matters" and "Drafting & Analyzing Contracts" both programs will be delivered by an experienced Lebanese Lawyer and trainer. February 24, 2008 – UNDP Lebanon has begun the roll-out of the PRINCE2 methodology Taken from the UN website: http://www.undp.org.lb/about/UNDPLebanon.cfm A corporate-level guiding document was endorsed for UNDP in 2007, entitled "UNDP Strategic Plan, 2008-2011: Accelerating Global Progress on Human Development". The UNDP Lebanon office will be orienting its progammes and results around the focus areas and goals outlined in this plan, aligning them with national priorities and needs. UNDP Lebanon has begun the roll-out of the PRINCE2 project management methodology. The first step of training has been completed for 17 office staff and 24 staff in government ministries in February 2008. It is expected that UNDP project management processes will be compliant with these international management standards by 2009 in anticipation of the new UN Development Assistance Framework (UNDAF) 2009-2013.
