Introduction
Anger is a normal, natural human emotion. In our modern, high-stress environment, opportunities for anger abound, and few of us are immune to occasional angry outbursts. However, for some people, anger is a constant companion that defines their personality and intimidates - even terrifies - their loved ones, friends and co-workers. For such people - known as anger addicts or rage-a-holics - anger has become a disruptive, destructive tool for controlling everything and everyone around them. Whether you frequently experience mild irritations or intense fury and rage, or you have to deal with people who do, this Anger Management workshop is for you.

Course Outline
What is Anger?
Anger: A negative emotion? What purpose does it serve? Causes of Anger Warranted Vs. Unwarranted Anger Repressed Anger
Dealing with Anger:
Defuse anger through changing the context. Participants will learn how to reframe any situation and hence change the emotional response of Anger to a more empowering choice.
Eliminate Anger and resolve any conflict through the powerful technique of “Changing Perceptual Positions”. Participants will learn the technique through a live Demo and they will have the chance to practice it immediately
Participants will have the opportunity of watching a very powerful technique in action and discovering the root causes of Anger and how repressed anger can be released immediately and eliminated permanently.
Through a Self-Assessment test, participants will discover their own dominant Ego State and learn how it affects their own and others communication outcomes. They will also learn the techniques to handle angry people through managing Ego States.
